This course is a teacher-led, standards-aligned 8-week Music Production Fundamentals course. The course combines engaging video instruction with hands-on learning and personalized teacher support. Students will build foundational music-production skills through: Video lessons Curated reading materials Weekly assignments Quizzes and assessments Hands-on music-production projects Personalized instructor feedback A final music-production project The skills you will learn in this course include: -Navigating your Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) -How to compose with loops (pre-recorded material) -Composing a rhythm track -Composing a melody track from a scale -Composing a harmony track from the same scale -Composing a bass line -Creating contrasting sections for your song -Mixing the levels and adding effects --Exporting your song as a single .wav file
